TRT Operation Workshop Meeting
On 23rd September, TRT held the Operation Workshop Meeting in Zero Space Nanyang Plaza.
Hancho plays a very important role in the efficient operation of the value-added process. On the one hand, the Hancho can effectively convey the vision of the company and the requirements of the leaders. On the other hand, Hancho is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficient activities on shop floor, who is the soul of the team and the link between employees and supervisors.
During this practical event, Mr. Kevin Zhao, Senior expert from the expert of Staufen shared real cases of Hancho projects with us and answered the participator’s questions onsite. The participators got to know the advantages of introducing the Hancho into their organization, and realized that the benefits of Hancho will by far outweigh the extra costs of having an upgrading function on the Shop Floor. Besides learning about the 'why', Participators also learned how to implement the Hancho concept.
