TRT Operation Workshop
On July 31, TRT held the Operation Workshop at Taicang Enterprise Service Centre.
Mr. Paul Jin, General Manager at Industrieinformatik IIG, Mr. Allen Wang, Founder of Anyplex, Dr. Lucas Bretz, General Manager at KIT/GAMI. They invited participants to explore the next generation of digital planning—where intelligent systems, real-time data, and AI-driven algorithms are transforming how factories operate.
The workshop also highlighted practical applications. Attendees will learn how digital factory models can simulate workflows before implementation, how data integration across systems enhances transparency and coordination, and how modern algorithms—from rule-based engines to machine learning—are already improving planning accuracy and responsiveness.
The TRT Workshop aims to spark new thinking about how production planning can evolve. It offers a space to explore tools, methods, and ideas that support smarter decision-making and stronger performance across the shop floor.
