TRT September GM Meeting
On September 11, TRT hosted a General Manager Meeting at its member company, OASE Living-Water Taicang Co., Ltd. First, Ms. Jesicar Shen, General Manager of OASE Living-Water Taicang Co., Ltd., delivered the opening speech. She briefly introduced OASE Water Art and shared the company's innovative achievements in sustainable water feature solutions.
During the keynote session, Ms. Vicki Xu, Key Account Director Partnerships of Ebury Partners China Limited, delivered an in-depth analysis on ‘RMB Exchange Rate Fluctuations and Emerging Market Currency Trends’. She emphasized that amid shifting global trade dynamics and tariff policy impacts, enterprises must adapt financial strategies flexibly and enhance risk management capabilities. Her expert insights sparked vigorous discussion among attendees.
Mr. Zoltan Nemeth, Vice President of IMS Gear (Taicang) Co., Ltd., delivered an engaging presentation on ‘The Future of Inclusion Factory’. He began by recounting the founding context and core vision of the Inclusion Factory: empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities through sustainable employment opportunities to lead fulfilling and dignified lives. During the ‘Operating Model and Achievements’ segment, attendees learned that through systematic employment training and support, Inclusion Factory not only provides stable jobs for individuals with intellectual disabilities but also effectively challenges societal stereotypes about people with disabilities. However, the project's sustainable development faces practical challenges. Yet, the Inclusion Factory remains undeterred. The team explicitly stated future plans to actively seek new partners, expand project types, and renew its long-term commitment to society. They called on more enterprises, investors, and government stakeholders to join this cause.
