TRT HR Working Group Meeting
On 13th December, TRT held the last HR Workshop Meeting of the year at Space Zero in Nanyang Plaza. There were about forty HRs from different German enterprises participated in this meeting.
We invited Mr. Liu Rui from Taicang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to give an analysis of common problems in wage payment. Minimum wage, overtime pay, sick leave pay, and other issues are all problems that German companies encounter in recent years. As the COVID’s haze is gradually starting to lift currently, the issue of how to pay employees during the quarantine period is also a hot topic of discussion in this meeting. Finally, Mr. Liu Rui took different cases as a perspective to think about and discussed some special situations in wage payment with HR.
In this meeting, we also invited the staff of Taicang Lou Dong Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Association to share with us daily influenza and COVID epidemic prevention and matters that need attention.
