TRT Customs Workshop
On 10th March, TRT held 1st quarter Customs Workshop at 0 Space, Nanyang Plaza.
Ms. Sara Li, Business Development Manager of DB Schenker, to share with participants the Railway Market Information Sharing. Compared to sea and air transportation, rail logistics is not only reasonable in price but also more environmentally friendly and energy efficient. And the participants were concerned about the lack of war risk in rail transportation, DB Schenker is also trying to establish solutions with insurance companies.
In the next, we invited Ms. Zhang Feng, Clerk Enterprise Management Section of Taicang Customs of the People’s Republic of China, She explained the Interpretation of AEO Advanced Certification Standard Announcement 106. On the premise of not lowering the overall certification standard, the new Standard was optimized and integrated from 269 items to 94 items, which was reduced by about 65%, with more scientific indicators, more precise content and more concise experience, and more adaptable to the diversified business needs of enterprises. Ms. Zhang analyzed the four general standards, namely the internal control standard, financial status standard, compliance standard, and trade security standard so that the participants could have a deeper understanding and learn the Customs Advanced Certification Enterprises Standard.
