TRT Operations Workshop
On 27th March, TRT held Operations Workshop Meeting at 0 Space, Nanyang Plaza.
In the process of implementing enterprise automation and information technology solutions, it is impossible to cover everything. The support for information technology in shop-floor management (extended to office processes) is very limited. How to digitize these management processes, which were originally mainly based on paper, whiteboards, emails, spreadsheets, and office documents, and which do not have strict real-time requirements, in a flexible and low-cost manner, is a problem that many enterprises cannot avoid.
At this meeting, we invited Mr. Yu Yujia, Project Manager of Staufen(Shanghai) Consulting Academy Co. to share with us Low-Cost Digitalization-Digital SFM. Based on years of consulting experience in workshop management, Staufen has summarized a set of digital workshop management implementation methods and deployed solutions based on the Microsoft Teams platform in some enterprises. In the training session, Staufen introduced Teams-related Apps and their low-code platform Power App, and showcase the application of low-cost digitization in different management processes with some practical examples. Staufen’s low-code digitalization approach was also briefly introduced.
