TRT HR Workshop

On 28th March, TRT held an HR working group meeting on coaching experience sharing at Trumpf (China) Co.
We invited Ms. Chelsea Chen, ICF Professional Certified Coach(PCC), and HRs from more than 30 German companies to discuss coaching to empower organizations. The definition and role of coaching were considered the key topic of the meeting. A coach is an experienced leader who can help members of an organization discover their potential, develop their strengths and achieve their goals. Participants expressed their own ideas. Some thought that coaching can continuously stimulate members' motivation and creativity, improve their performance and satisfaction, which leads to the development of the whole organization; others thought that coaching is to fully trust employees and cultivate trust and security.
In the meeting, Chelsea discussed the coaching experience with the participants through questions and listening exercises. The coach will fully respect employees' ideas and opinions, encourage them to put forward their own ideas, and discuss and solve problems together with them. This atmosphere of cooperation and exploration leads to effective team work, as well as increased employee self-awareness and self-management.
At the same time, Chelsea also shared with the audience the application of coaching in the HR field from case sharing. The rich interactive content and solid case experience provided a platform for the conference participants to think and explore, helping them to better understand and apply the power of coaching for the innovative development of the organization.
