On 31st March , TRT held Supply ＆ Logistics Workshop at 0 Space, Nanyang Plaza.
We invited Mr. Ding Kuixue, Senior Manager of Bosch (China) Supply Chain, to share with the audience the Magic Tool of Digital Transformation of Supply chain in Manufacture. Based on Bosch's industry experience, the supply chain "order-to-delivery" process faces challenges that affect supply chain cost, quality and delivery, and most manufacturing industries currently have "order-to-delivery" challenges in process design, process execution, system support and continuous improvement. Pain points. At the meeting, Mr. Ding Kuixue introduced the principles of Bosch's supply chain optimization and the framework and methods of digital supply chain planning. The digital transformation of manufacturing supply chain should not be just for the sake of digitalization. Next, Mr. Cookies Jiang, Head of IT Business Partner and Digitalization Project Manager of DB Schenker Area East, introduced digital logistics services. The application scenarios of digitalization in logistics industry: API/EDI integration, access portal, China Digital solution and digital service. At the same time, Mr. Cookies Jiang also shared the application scenarios of the Chat GTP.
