TRT Operations Workshop
On 1st June, TRT held the Q2 operation meeting at Zero Space in Nanyang Plaza.
In this meeting we invited a senior expert from Staufen, Mr. Fang Dongsheng, to share the introduction of the Logic, Methods ＆ Tools for Cost Reduction with Efficiency Improvement. Cost reduction and efficiency improvement means improving the performance and competitiveness of an organization by reducing costs and increasing efficiency, a concept that is important for any organization, whether it is an Enterprise, a Government Agencies or a Non-Governmental Organization. First Mr. Fang shared with us the meaning of cost reduction and efficiency improvement: cost reduction and efficiency improvement help companies stay ahead in a competitive market, increase profitability, rationalize resources, improve the work environment, and drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Next, Mr. Dong provided some logic, methods and tools for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as well as some successful cases, so that participants can find efficient cost reduction and efficiency improvement solutions according to different situations and needs of enterprises.
