TRT January GM Meeting

On January 9, TRT held the January General Manager Meeting at Four Points by Sheraton Taicang.
One of the core topics of the meeting was TRT’s internal affairs update, in which the meeting focused on the 2024 work review and 2025 work plan. The meeting also featured an open discussion session where members shared their suggestions and expectations for future meetings and collaborative projects, creating a positive atmosphere.
We also invited the leaders of the seven working groups, namely Human Resources, Finance and Control, Customs and Logistics, Operations, EHS(Environment, Health and Safety), Procurement, and Sporting Activities. The human resources team focused on talent cultivation and incentive mechanism; the finance and control team emphasized cost control and risk management; the customs and logistics team put forward new initiatives to optimize the supply chain and improve logistics efficiency; the operations team formulated a strategy around improving productivity and quality; the EHS team focused on production safety and environmental protection initiatives; the purchasing team introduced the advancement of supplier management and green purchasing; and the sports activities team planned to further enhance the cohesion and well-being of the members through rich sports and cultural activities to further enhance the cohesion and happiness of members.
After the meeting, participants attended a social dinner together, which further promoted interaction and cooperation among members.
