Voluntary Tree-Planting Event 2026

Voluntary Tree-Planting Event 2026

With the spring breeze caressing our faces, all things are coming back to life. On March 13, a unique volunteer tree-planting event was in full swing on the west side of Loujiang North Road, which was brimming with spring vitality. TRT member representatives and city leaders gathered together, wielding shovels to dig holes, planting saplings, and watering them—all to add greenery to the city through concrete action.
At the event site, participants formed groups of three or five, dividing tasks and working in perfect harmony. From digging holes to planting saplings, backfilling soil, and watering—every step was carried out with meticulous care and precision. Saplings, each carrying profound symbolism, stood tall in the spring breeze, not only infusing the park with vibrant vitality but also symbolizing the evergreen tree of Sino-German friendship.
To recognize the members’ environmental efforts, a special certificate presentation ceremony was held on-site, every member who planted a sapling with their own hands was awarded a special “Green Partner Certificate.”
The “Sino-German Corporate Cooperation Forest,” where the tree-planting took place, stretches from the Kern-Liebers Company on Nanjing Road in the south to the Sino-German Dual Vocational Education Industrial Park on Beijing Road in the north, covering a total area of approximately 50 mu. Currently, the forest features over 20 species and about 900 trees, creating an ecological landscape characterized by a harmonious blend of trees and shrubs arranged in a pleasing, staggered pattern.
